Frédéric Planchon – CEO
Founder and director of Cybelius, Frédéric Planchon is a trained Supélec engineer, with specialties in electrotechnics and computer science. He has developed several industrial IT systems during his career, including the first system of the ALSTOM T&D group. He applies his expertise in industrial cybersecurity to critical projects with an international dimension in energy and industry. With the financial support of the European Commission, he is developing a cybersecurity solution for industrial networks: an IDS probe that detects anomalies and intrusions through behavioural analysis of the system. Frédéric Planchon is a trainer on the subject of industrial systems cybersecurity for automation specialists, IT Departments and project managers.
Fernand Costa – Technical Director
He first studied in the field as a technician and then for 10 years as a works manager on HV and MV/LV positions for international clients on major projects. These experiences give him an excellent knowledge of the constraints of the field, of the operation and a pragmatic vision of the needs of the installations in electricity and industrial computing. Fernand Costa is involved in several industrial cybersecurity R&D projects, including as project manager of an innovative probe solution for detecting IDS (Intrusion Detection System) cyber-attacks for industrial digital systems (Military Programming Law). His extensive experience in cybersecurity, electricity, but also in control and command and safety enables him to approach projects with a global vision and find solutions that fully meet the needs of customers.
